Yogaglamgirl finds Yoga Girl!!!

I adore this video from Yoga Girl (nice name too!). Kudos to Yoga Girl for teaching yoga in the Tenderloin…one of the roughest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Isn’t this what yoga is all about!?
