Daily yoga is a must for me, writing in my journal with sparkley pens (something new I started this year), blogging (really, I have met some amazing women through blogging), and a spritual practice through A Course in Miracles... these things start my day and help me to enjoy it and live it to its fullest.
I need to start getting massages again, and sleeping better, but that will come in time, I'm sure.
It is time to take care of ourselves, isn't it Becky?
